There are no words to effectively describe the level of professionalism, quality and service provided by Doug Ruling Flower Shop. With short notice, and being the weekend no less, the arrangements that were created and delivered for our Mother's Memorial service were beautiful, affordable and delivered on time. Then there were the kind words of condolences and genuine concern for the family's well being. Thank you from the family of Marcia Evans.

Doug made me a beautiful arrangement for my aunt last minute. He was professional and very personable. I love supporting small businesses that treat there customers with AAA service. Will be returning. We got so many compliments on his beautiful work!

I was in search of a florist who does incredible work , I needed an arrangement for my Aunts funeral service . It was very important that the flowers be fresh , and the design to look like something my aunt would have enjoyed. I looked up lots and lots of florist on the internet , and read all the reviews, and looked at the work that the florist had produced.
I kept Coming back to this florist, so I called and talked with Douglas , he was very nice and happy to explain any questions that I had . Once I was satisfied that this would be the florist of choice , He suggested that I drive over to see the flowers that he had in stock, and I agreed . Now it was about a 35 min drive one way…. But it was that important to Me ,I also took my other aunt with me , so she to could see the flowers. Upon arrival We we’re greeted by Douglas , and invited in to his shop. The shop is small but the flowers , were incredible. He took us to the cooler to see what we had to choose from, He took his time and we talked about the vase, and what flowers to and not to put in the arrangement. My Aunt really wanted Hyacinths in the design, she did not see any in the cooler, I ask if he had any , and he went to his flower garden in the front yard and cut one , and said that he would use the ones out of his garden. Wow now that is service We placed the order and my aunt ,and I talked with him for a long time. Upon leaving I knew Douglas had the same vision as we did.
The day of the funeral , the flowers were at the funeral home . People came up to tell us how beautiful they were, and they were indeed Beautiful, and the flowers were fresh . When I looked at the flowers during the service They made me smile. At the grave site People kept looking at the card to see who sent them, and what florist created them .
It was an arrangement that my cousins could and would take home . During difficult times we all morn, so I love a mixture of flowers that make you feel happy and smile .
Douglas is a class act, and I am glad I searched , and found him . If you are ever in need of amazing flowers go to this Florist ….. he did not disappoint!
