I THANK GOD for such AMAZING, KIND, and EFFICIENT, customer service!!!! We LOVE Mr. Neb!!!! I had a service agent come out on a weekend and his own time, asked by a coworker I spoke to on the phone, bc they empathize with how serious his attacks could be.... And every other time, just speaking on the phone or asking for something he needed new of. They worked with us to create details (i.e. center pieces, aisle decor etc.) that were within our budget and that we loved. The week before our wedding, we decided to change from a sweetheart table (2 people) to an estate table (17 people) and Courtney made it happen without any hesitation. I truly appreciated Courtney’s honesty about what would look best. She responded quickly to our questions and created both suggestions and solutions to items we changed/added. She also offered to add the Kensington doors to the entrance of our ceremony space which created a more intimate feel. A huge part of our day was knowing everything was taken care of and knowing it would look absolutely beautiful!”
