“Closed our HELOC at this branch, and the branch manager, Chris, has been super helpful. We had some issues with the original person we were working with (not at this branch) and Chris jumped in, got us situated, and closed quickly and efficiently. We also opened a checking account with Regions, and I have had a few follow-up questions linking everything and drawing funds. He has continued with the great customer service and follow-up. I am old enough to remember banking before ATMs and online banking, and walking into this branch reminded me of the good old days (in the best way) and going into the bank with my mom or grandma for transactions. I can't comment on whether or not they have lollipops though. ;)”

The teller, Ana, was also very nice and friendly and handled my transaction quickly and efficiently. The office is very clean. The stanchions (line posts) have been removed so the line formation was a bit confusing and a customer just walked up to the teller from the counter after filling out their forms and cut in front of me. The teller did recognize it. I could tell by the look on her face. The customer was older, but I'm positive she saw me standing there waiting to be called and walked up anyways. I let it go. I was happy to have Ana assist me. Everyone in the office was friendly and greeted me.”
