“What a great place to do business! I called first thing in the morning for an appointment, and they got me in 45 minutes later. Within 20 minutes I was done, and I was amazed at their speed, friendliness, and accommodation. Their prices are definitely a lot better than going to the dealership for my car. It would have taken me a month to get an appointment to get my oil changed at the dealer, and national brake got me in the morning of my call! I was also pleasantly surprised to find that they are technologically advanced enough to provide tracking for my vehicle and a reminder when it is due for service. I will definitely be going back! Thanks again for the great service and concern for having me as a customer! 10/3/23 - I took my car here again, because of a problem that the dealer could not find. They found the problem and was able to fix it before some major problems could’ve happened with my engine. “My son’s car was making a terrible noise for months that centered around the tensioner that could not be resolved. We had made several attempts to fix it to no avail and were at our wits end when we decided to take it to Before & After Auto Repair and I have to say that was one of the best decisions we’ve made. The technicians there were friendly and helpful, assessed the car quickly, and provided a reasonable cost of repair. We left the car there as I had to return to work, and I received a call a few hours later saying the car was ready for pick up. Now the car runs way better, the sound is completely gone, and my son is super happy to ride with the air on again. It’s really hard to find a fair and honest repairman these days, but the technicians at Before and After have restored my faith. First dealt with Beverly the operations manager and her knowledge and ability to work with me was outstanding. Dropped off my 79 Scout II with Dustin and Mike and from the first meeting I knew I had chosen the right place. They totally rewired the vehicle and added fuel injection in a very timely and professional manner. After picking the vehicle up and returning to Florida I had a small issue with some gauges and with out hesitation the Scoutman family said that they wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied and sent Mike to my house to help fix the issue. “Got in fast. There was only 1 person ahead of us when the testing place right down the street had 12 cars in line and wasn't moving. The guy who tested our truck was very personable, professional and friendly. The only thing keeping it but from being 5 stars is that they appeared to have the same person working the shop side and the testing side, so we weren't noticed initially, however the guy seemed to have his hands full training/helping another employee with a lot of questions so it was no biggie. However this place charged $25 and a few others were charging $15 so that may be why there wasn't a line. Personally I'd rather pay 10 bucks more than wait in line all day.”

He explained to me that I should take it to the dealer and insist they honor the warranty. It was a second hand car and I was not aware the warranty was still good. “The owner, Mr.Edwards is very thoughtful, helpful and resourceful. Someone broke into our car and broke the window glass of the back seat. As the incident happened on Saturday, we had very few Auto shops available. We found Mr.Edwards on Google and he was amazing. Even though it was a Sunday, he took the time to help us. He found a matching window glass and fixed it for us in just about 30 mins. The glass was the same as the make of the car, and work was very professional. The prices are also very reasonable, compared to giant Auto Glass shops that over charge you. I highly recommend this place to get your Auto Glass Fixed.”

Many other big name automotive shops had quoted me ~$500 to fix it and some others had insisted I should buy other services that they offered that would not have fixed the actual problem. Ivey took a more detailed look, went through all the steps to test and find the actual issue with the assembly, and then handyman'd the hell out of the module connector to get it working perfectly again. Went above and beyond to help me fix other wiring issues with my car as well. Can't speak highly enough of him.”
