“I got too painful on my teeth on March 15, 2022. I called Bluegrass Dental the following morning around 9 am because I have stayed with Dr. Anderson for more than 20 years. They managed to get me an appointment at 11 am. I went there and was diagnosed correctly with immediate treatment. The new dentist explained what was wrong and what should be done. And he did it. It only took 30 minutes or so. The pain was gone the following day and my tooth recovered completely as I am writing now. What I really appreciate are their prompt response and the best treatment strategy. I have no pain now and my tooth is kept.”

The front desk and paperwork process so easy, and no headache. I did not have to wait very long at all. Dr. James and his wonderful Assistant showed care beyond what I've ever experienced. They were so patient and kind, and extremely knowledgeable. They quickly came up with a short and long term plan to care for my oral needs, as they are many. This dental establishment is a gift to the community. Dr. James is phenomenal. The Dental Assistant that cared for me was experienced (30yrs.) and it showed in all she did. She was a driving force in getting through what I consider a complete disaster. The entire time she only cared about not causing me any pain or undue stress. Just amazing! Again both there doctor and Assistant had the absolutely best bedside manner and I can see why this Dentistry is the best in the industry.
