“I love to cook but one dish that I love but is very time consuming is Eggplant Parmesan. You need about a half a day to prepare it from scratch. I have tried numerous versions of Frozen Eggplant Parmesan over the years and it just never translated to what I used to get fresh back up in NY. I was at the Sandy Springs Farmers Market a few weeks ago and I purchased Nonna's Frozen Eggplant Parmesan. I read the preparation instructions, defrost in refrigerator and than take it out of the fridge a little before you cook it to get it to room temperature. Well, I said to myself, they may have put some thought into this and it may be the real thing. I followed the directions and cooked it for 20 minutes at 350. Oh my god, this is the best Frozen Eggplant Parmesan I have ever had. It was crispy, the eggplant was sliced thin and the cheese was perfect. These guys are the real deal folks. Just picked up a family size order of Chicken Parmesan and Eggplant Parmesan. Nonna's Family Kitchen rocks.”
