“My daughter had an ear infection and had a prescription called into the Walgreens 278 location the Wednesday before Christmas. I was told it was out of stock, but would be in the next morning. After not hearing from the store the next morning, I called and waited on hold for 35 minutes to be told it wouldn’t be in stock for 5 days. The employee told me she couldn’t help me check if other Walgreens locations had it. I called this Walgreens and Roberta picked up my call. She didn’t have the medicine in her store either, but she checked the system and found it at another nearby Walgreens location for me. She placed me on a brief hold, called the location to confirm they had it, and told them to fill it for me. I received confirmation that it was ready within an hour. Roberta deserves a raise or a promotion. She was incredibly helpful, efficient, and kind. I am so grateful she picked up my call and helped me get relief for my baby.”

They are also built very well and are Native trailer brand which is a very good builder. Sylvan was very nice and accommodating as he was closed on a Saturday but made arrangements with us to meet so we could buy a trailer. He went over the build and everything about trailer, hooked it to our truck and made sure all lights were working properly. “It seems rather organized. You stop at the gate; they tell you what door you will be dropping trailer and go back out gate and park behind guard shack or up on hill. Until your trailer is loaded and ready to be picked up. They do require a mask at the shack. I believe the people at the guard shack could be a little nicer. Also, I think they could also use texting as a way to let you know when the trailer is ready instead of having someone yell at you.”
