(June 5, 2020, 10:47 am)You'd think the county licensing office would be miserable because hey, it's the government, but you'd be wrong.
Everyone was quite friendly and accommodating, and I completed my test and licensing tasks smoothly and efficiently.
The office space is also clean and well maintained, with easy access from the road, clear signs, and a nice wide parking lot.
Yes it's a government office, but it's the best experience I've ever had at one.

(February 19, 2019, 12:22 pm)I’m a case manager in Boise and have taken many clients here to help them with IDs and drivers licenses. Last year we were waiting 3-4 hours and it was ridiculous. I came today and they had significantly more windows open and people were moving through more quickly. And every teller I’ve worked with has been very accommodating. I’m glad things are getting better.
