“I had an issue with my car, one night after a concert. I found a scratch on the passenger door. I spoke to a manager, Kevin Pizano. He was great. Very attentive and professional. He showed me the ticket where the valet attendant had written down all the imperfections that my car already had BEFORE I handled the car over to them, and he was right. That scratch was done elsewhere. I was very grateful that he handled this personally and dealt with me, instead of just ignoring me.”

“Absolutely love this place. I got to know this place due to picking up my bosses dogs from her known groomer. Decided to bring my dog to get groomed here for her birthday. Sadly they weren’t taking any new clients but because they knew me due to my boss they were able to give me a one time service. It was the best look I got for her. Wish I can keep taking her there. They made her look super cute. Wish they weren’t going to be closing. The only problem I found with the place was that it hard to book an appointment because they don’t answer the phone, has to go in person to get it done.”
