After going to 3 different dealerships around the Chicagoland area in one day, I had almost given up hope until I decided to visit VW of Evanston and see what they could do for me. I walked in a little past 8pm, thinking it would be too late but everyone I spoke to seemed willing and ready to help me. I'm just so impressed by the customer service, the care and most of all the willingness to work with me. Thank you VW of Evanston, your team is simply amazing!
(November 30, 2016, 11:09 am)Nader is terrific. We went in knowing what we wanted, and he didn't try to sell us anything different. He was friendly, sincere, and worked hard to create a win-win situation for all. Miki in financing was also great. I highly recommend this place!!
