Jackie Gonzalez in client services was amazing. She found the exact vehicle I was looking for. She was honest and thorough throughout the entire process. I highly recommend ADWS. Ask for Jackie. You won't be disappointed.

(June 26, 2018, 11:59 pm)After totaling my old car last week, I was pretty bummed about the sudden and unexpected need for a new vehicle. Nonetheless, I went down to the Evanston Autobarn the other day to take a look at a new Fiat 500. I was glad I came here because they had a decent selection and variety of fiats, as well as a very welcoming atmosphere.
The sales rep who took care of me, Sam, was very genuine and knowledgeable. He did not make me feel pressured at all to make a purchase. I felt that he was looking out for my best interest, and trying to help me out in my situation.
As this was not my first time buying a car from a dealership, I can confidently say that Sam and his coworkers were honest, had the best intentions, and were more concerned with my personal satisfaction than just making a deal with me. They even stayed past closing time to finish all the paperwork with me! And they found me a great financing option.
I ended up going home with a cute little Fiat 500, a car that I always loved the style of. I feel like totaling my old car was a blessing in disguise, because I now have a car that I love and got it for a great value!
