I absolutely LOVE this business ! The location- owners- options! It's like a candy store for fitness...so many classes to pick from. The trainers are professional, motivating, energetic, fun AND they KNOW their stuff!!
The owners Tony and Shai Duncan are front and center all of the time! They love their business and clients and are actively invested in making sure it runs to the set expectation and standard!
