  V Pilates offers everything I've ever wanted in a stay fit package! Witold Huzior, "Witek" is simply the best instructor of any form of exercise discipline I've ever experienced. And there have been many. Witek has had
  a thorough education in human anatomy, far beyond any other instructors I've witnessed. It has kept me safe in my personal pilates training for over the past 10 years.
  But the really unique thing about working with Witek 2-3 times a week for me, is his ability to make my day better, regardless of how it was going before I got there.
  Witek is equipped to train any beginner, up to the most experienced pilates student. His brand new studio in downtown Wilmette is simply gorgeous. Immaculate, chic and professional.   I came to Vitek while suffering from terrible sciatica pain due to herniated discs. My range of motion and strength were very limited. I have exercised at V Pilates for one year and I've made incredible progress. Vitek's approach is strategic, smart and caring. I highly recommend him, as his unique skill set continues to be the perfect match for helping me heal, strengthen and regain mobility. Plus he has a great personality--funny, warm and engaging!

  Vitek is the best. I am athletic male with limited flexibility. Vitek has been able to strengthen my core and increase my flexibility in a safe environment. Highly recommend Vitek and Pilates.

  I started Pilates with Vitek to address chronic low back pain. Not only did the pain in my back and shoulder lessen but my core strength and posture improved. As a health care professional I am so impressed with Vitek’s knowledge of anatomy and physiology. He expertly adapted pilates routines during my recovery from leg and wrist surgery. He is the best!
