I have been with State Farm since my first day behind the wheel. Through more vehicles than I care to remember, they have been true to the “Like a good neighbor State Farm is there” slogan. The Kim Stokes agency has always made me feel “covered”.

Best customer service you can find in the Greater Chicago area. Switched from my previous Statefarm agent and couldn't be happier with the experience I've had since then. If you get the chance, ask for Mary! She's the sweetest and most helpful contact when it comes to your insurance!

I have been impressed with this agency and all staff over several years, when insured with the company and when not insured with them. I appreciate the consistent efforts they make to keep in touch with me when not a client, balanced with the respect they show by not smothering me with sales calls, emails, and texts. I am impressed with the professionalism and class they have always shown.

I just switched to Kim's agency several months ago. Her staff and her have been great. They have communicated with me more than my last agent did in the 15 years I had them. Kim's agency wished me a happy birthday. Unfortunately I was involved in a accident, she called the next day to see if we were ok and offered any assistance. The last agent did not do that after a hit and run years ago. I'm glad I switched. Keep up the great customer service!
