When I went in for my root canal, Dr. Pallotto came to the conclusion that my tooth needed to be pulled, it was hard to know the actual damage from xrays as I have spacers on that tooth. Although I was upset, Dr. Pallotto showed true compassion with my situation and made me feel better about this unfortunate event. The office called me the next day to see how I was feeling.
