Dr Monika performed multiple procedures on my teeth, including fillings, crowns and root canal and I couldn't be more pleased, everything is sturdy and looks natural and she's very skilled with numbing. All staff is nice and professional. The office is neat and clean. I can honestly recommend this place to anyone.”

“I have been training with Jay for 4+ years. It started while I was playing hockey competitively and has grown into a great friendship. The current athletes that train there all love him. He is incredibly knowledgeable and he pushes each and every one of them to reach their full potential. It's a large reason why most of his athletes go on to play high levels of sports, including many NCAA D1 athletes. Don't let the "fake" reviews turn you away. In the 4 years, I have trained with Jay, I have never met one of these 1-star clients of his. A little personal note about me and some recent experience. Since I stopped playing hockey competitively a few years ago, I gained quite a few lbs. I went to Jay at the beginning of 2018 and asked for his help with a workout program to help me shed some weight. I posted some before and after pics below, but in 10 weeks with Jay's program, I was able to shed 18 pounds. Big thanks to him for his continued support.”
