“I just started coming to this location over the past six months and have to say it’s one of the nicest Anytimes I’ve been to, including out of state. It’s very big, with plenty of aerobic machines, weight machines and free weights. They have two hydro massage stations and a tanning bed. The bathrooms are well lit and very clean. James has personally seen to it that I am satisfied with the environment, and was very helpful in getting my “home gym” changed to this location from another, less impressive facility. I don’t know what it was like two or three years ago, but it’s pretty great now.”

The first day I came in I felt the place was welcoming and the equipment looked top notch. I told the owner I was only going to use the treadmill and he encouraged me (never forced) to use the weights and other equipment to better myself. Little by little I've been using all of the equipment and when there were any questions on how to use a machine Eric would teach me how to use it and show me alternative workouts to work myself up to using the machines properly without injuring myself. Now, whenever I have a question to ask, I can rely on Eric's honesty on any new workouts I want to implement into my day to day workouts to see if it will benefit on my goals I want to achieve ever since I joined the gym. Plus I never have to wait for the equipment, so I can Concentrate on my workouts without delay.”
