“Bubo coffee is not only incredible coffee, but an incomparable morning experience that brightens my day every time I stop by. This small unassuming double drive through is run by one single man named Enrique. As you drive up, you see stickers and trinkets that serve as a testament to all of the people that have connected with Enrique to the extent that they gave him a small piece of their life which he proudly displays. He greets me with a warm smile and has such a great attitude, he could serve me motor oil and I would keep coming back. Enrique always hands me my coffee delicately like hes presenting me with a gift, and honestly he is. You can tell Enrique takes pride in what he does, and it shows. He frequently changes up the brew, carefully and purposefully selects the beans himself. His taste and recommendations are amazing and i'm never disappointed. If you have a couple minutes free, he will happily engage in meaningful conversation on just about any topic. We've discussed art, hes complimented me on my shoes, and in the 30-60 seconds I spend with him, I forget about traffic, or anything that's weighing me down or bothering me. I cannot recommend this place enough, and you would be hard pressed to find any establishment that offers a product of this quality, and this level of customer service in the same location. Any compliment I give is a vast understatement, the only way to fully understand is to experience it yourself.”

Before the UPS investigation was even complete, an absolutely incredible representative told me not to worry as they were sending out a replacement. “We had a bad experience at a different mattress firm in Naperville and then came to this one and Zanisha 100% fixed the issue! She was wonderful to work with and price matched the online price we found on a queen size mattress. She also threw in free delivery because we had such a poor experience at a different location. This mattress firm was wonderful and will be the only one I go to in the future. Also the delivery came on time exactly when they said and they were very quick. Even if you don't find what you are looking for, they'll tell you if some other location in the area have what you need in stock. “Not all Ross stores are alike in offerings or quantity. When you find one you like it is probably best to stick with it. I have found some great name brand items in Ross for very reasonable prices. Clothing, shoes , housewares and cute pet clothing have I in my home from Ross. My problem with Ross is that I cannot always find a different size in another store if the one I am in does not have what I need. I view Ross in a similar category as TJ Maxx. Usually, if I cannot find an item in one TJMaxx , I can find in another. Not so with Ross. A perfect example of the disparity between stores is the inventory at Ross on 59 in Naperville and the Ross on 59 in Plainfield. The one in Plainfield looks like the orphan store; last place to receive stock. I stick to 59 in Naperville. Bottom line: I shop at Ross to find bargains on name brand quality merchandise. Lines are sometimes long. Staff is friendly. Return policy fair. Store clean.”
