Every day is different so you will never be bored. The trainers are all excellent and they really know what they are doing and talking about - they don't just talk the talk, they practice what they teach. They can and will modify parts of the workout for members who need modifications because they want each individual member to be successful. This is not a big box gym - this is PERSONAL training in a group setting. Be prepared to work really hard! If you commit and work hard, you will see results!”

The total of our bill was, close to $24.00....so the place is not cheap. I would have given 5 stars, if it wasn't so pricey. It's a great place to eat.... I just can't afford to go there that often.”
