“I had a large branch fall on my roof on a Saturday night. There were three punctures in the roof and the rain started to come in. I contacted Austin on Sunday afternoon and he responded immediately. Told me they would be out first thing Monday morning. We had major storms in the forecast, with rain coming for 13 straight days. Austin was early for our appointment - assessed the damage - and had a crew and supplies here within the hour. His crew patched the holes (as it started to rain) to ensure no further damage. He provided prompt estimates and invoicing to me as well as my claims adjuster. Couldn't have gone smoother. Austin is polite - efficient - and does quality work. Hopefully, I won' t need to use him in the future but I won't hesitate if necessary.”

Unfortunately my original Mario Kart game cartridge was damaged beyond repair and unplayable. I looked for hours for a place near me that had the game. Unfortunately here in Los Angeles no stores near me had the game. I actually found this place after a friend of mine actually recommended it. He visited Grumpy Bob's on a business trip two years ago and was mesmerized by the location and friendly people. Needless to say I quickly looked it up and sure enough they had the game. I quickly ordered it and I am beyond grateful that as a small business they were able to ship the game to me. I am beyond happy and excited. We have all is our recalls done there so much so that, now if there's a recall they reach out to us and ask us if we are aware of the new recall and if/when we are bringing it in for fix as well as loaning is loaner vehicles if it's more than a 1 day job, that in itself is a great experience and offer of customer service. The staff is consistent and followed up to see how things are going about a week after you've had something done and also does reminder calls for service and/or repairs, if you ask for one. They truly how staff that doesn't mind to go far above and beyond when it comes to customer service at this dealership. The inside has a lounge for seating if you have a short service, so that you can relax and grab a drink”
