I texted him at 4am (I was not not happy at the time) when my power went out and my generator did not turn on. I didn't expect a return my text until breakfast but Steve was at my house by 4:30am! It was dark, cold and he was out there diagnosing the issue because he's all about customer service. Mechanical things break down and stuff happens. I get that and it does suck when it happens.
