“I am moving soon and decided to look into Life Storage on Haven Ave in New Lenox, IL. And I am SO GLAD I did!!! I have had the most pleasant experience, starting with setting up the reservation online with Linda R an Internet Sales Representative who helped me decide what size unit I should purchase. I met with Jenna the store manager at the New Lenox location today and she was everything and more then I expected! So nice, accommodating, helpful… I could go on and on! She really did make the process so easy. Moving is stressful already and I feel like I have found the perfect place to store my belongings, knowing they will be in good hands. If anybody is moving and can not decide where to go, I would definitely check out this location; it is worth it!!! I will definitely use them in the future for all moving needs.
