The home technician was very friendly and personable, he answered all of my questions and explained the extra repair that was needed on my first floor furnace. He also arrived during the scheduled time that was given. Megan was great in answering my questions regarding their pricing and she also called to tell me when the technician was 10 minutes away. “Window Works was one of the best decisions we made for our house, I'm thrilled they were the first to meet with us. Honestly we couldn't be happier with the results. From our sales person Tony, to the instillation every thing was awesome. My husband did this kind of work back in the day, and he is very aware of how things should be done properly, he was more than impressed with our two guys work. When we saw only two men show up we thought this might turn out to be a two day job, that wasn't the case, these two guys worked in complete harmony, they knew each others next move and worked as a team like we have never seen before. The whole job took about five hours, and that was with the removal of the old windows, installing the new windows, and two new screen doors, and the cleanup. When they left, our house looked the same as when they got here, with the exception of our brand new beautiful windows. Awesome company to deal with I would and have recommend them to anyone.
