We got online and looked for other Jeeps in the area and found one at Marengo Auto Group, which was about 30 minutes away and about to close in 30 minutes. Nick said he would stay open for us so we could check out the Jeep. The entire experience was fantastic!! From meeting them, to the test drive, to sitting down and discussing numbers. Also there was no sticker to indicate that the oil was changed and when the next oil change would be due. It would be nice if Fox Ford Lincoln would give a quick wash of the car as other dealers do.”

He then escorted me (not directed, huge difference) over to the Parts Department where Bill took care of my issue and I was out the door in five minutes. “I, too, have had excellent service here. Again like the others have said, it depends on the person you get helped by. They should try the crooks at the Hyundai dealer if they want some perspective. I love the free shuttle svc within a 10mile radius, to and from if you need. Currently I am here for an oil change but need windshield wipers. They will put them on for me and just charge for parts. They are also part if a corporation and not family-owned, as they explained when I bought my car, so they don't have these shady ads on the radio like some do. Prices are good, too.”
