I called him yesterday around 4pm and asked him about a chip on my windshield and he met me at the place I was getting my windows tinted the next morning at 8am to take a look at my windshield and ensure it was okay to have work done to it. He didn’t charge me for taking a look at my windshield and even came to me. That speaks wonders.
