“It was my 1st time for my family and I using a professional moving company, we were assigned with them by our relocation company. I cannot express enough in words how grateful I am about the whole process. To be honest, I wasn't thrilled and I was a little nervous about having strangers go through my personal things, also moving from Texas to Phoenix, AZ right before summer (from very hot to extreme hot) was awful. But for 3 days Ryan Gaboff (truck driver) and his 2 helpers in Texas took my mind off. They truly became a part of our family for 3 days, very friendly staff, I had a several things that has sentimental value in my house that I was worried about. I mentioned them to Ryan and oh, boy they took care of it and exceeded my expectations. I felt bad that they did everything by themselves, I even offered to help but Ryan said "Ma'am it is your time to just relax and not worry about anything, we are here to take care of it" Those guys can move so fast. And they work REALLY HARD. Sometimes I read bad reviews, while bad costumer service can take a place, I strongly believe... when you give the best of you, give better attitude and appreciate peoples' hard work, who take care of your personal belongings in their best way that they been trained for and your interest - it will be reciprocated for your own benefit. Bottom line, all our stuff were delivered faster than I expected, and most surprising thing (even though I expected somethings to not make it in one piece) - nothing broke! It was amazing, we did not need to claim anything with our insurance policy. On top of that I learned that after unpacking the remaining boxes that new world van lines will come back and pick up the empty boxes, because there was lots of boxes in my garage, and I needed my garage to park our cars inside because of AZ heat. And after we made a call another couple of amazing new world employees came in and showed another professionalism in their work. This time it was the General Manager in Phoenix location, Nael Hammad with his crew. Same great experience! I was very tired that time of unpacking, missing Texas and my friends, Phoenix heat made it even worse. I was feeling isolated and miserable in a new place and knowing no-one yet. They were so nice, talked to me, made me feel welcomed in a new city. And not only they took New world boxes but some empty boxes that I received from Amazon, that was a nice touch. The GM was very nice, he gave me some advices what to do and where to visit in Phoenix. Just positive vibe were glowing out of them and it made it easier on me that day, knowing people do care. And I'm telling you, those people work hard and sweat under 115 Fand they still have a joy on their face. I would give a 10 stars if I could to the new world van lines and especially those people who seems really trying their best in what they do! Thanks Nael, Ryan, and the crew. And thank you new world for having experienced hard working people moving your customers. If I ever move again I know who I'm moving with!”

“I rarely write reviews however when I come across great customer service I am compelled to reach out and let others become aware of truly good old customer service. I had picked a number of storage places to visit and Extra Space Storage was one on my list. When I arrived in the morning the door was locked and for assistance a note said to contact a number by phone and I would be assisted. I contacted the number and right away Lupe answered and said she would be right back to greet me as she was in the building and on her way back to the office. When Lupe arrived she asked me questions to help assist me. Soon she was showing me exactly what I wanted and when it came to the details of preparing my storage unit Lupe was completely transparent with billing and easily made the transition so simple and accommodating that it was easy to make justifying my decision and I decided not to pursue the other three storage facilities I had planned to visit. Lupe's great customer service patience attentiveness, knowledge,her terrific communication skills and her friendly positive attitude made it easy to make my selection for Extra Space Storage facility. I work with many businesses on a daily basis and Lupe is an exceptional individual and an asset for Extra Space Storage as she certainly defines genuine great customer service!!!!”

“Since new management has moved in Nhora (New manager) has been amazing running the store and training staff! The service is quick and friendly, everyone tries to make the experience as enjoyable as possible. The store is always clean and open on time, they sell a variety of moving appliances and always try to make any appointment or reservation as convenient for your schedule as they can. Over all this location has had amazing improvement since the new manager has taken over. I highly recommend giving it a try and keeping an open mind! Remember to always be respectful and be patient! Sometimes the system runs a little slow but it’s not the employees fault! Have a great day!”

“This storage company is superb and Im writing this review to express my gratitude for how they helped me during a difficult time in my life. About a year ago my husband fell into a coma due to carbon monoxide poisoning. He was the breadwinner as I stayed home to care for our 3 small children. Although I found work it wasn’t enough and we fell behind on our mortgage and lost our home. I was devastated as my life was falling apart. I moved our 4 bedroom home into one of their storage units and moved my children and I into a small 2 bedroom apartment. I was late paying my storage every month and struggled to keep the unit. I always spoke to Carly and she was so sweet and understanding of my situation and gave me grace periods and allowed me to make partial payments here and there to keep my unit from being auctioned. She would personally call me and remind me that my payment due date was coming up and it made me feel good to know this company really cares about their clients individual circumstances. I’m so happy to say My husband woke up from his coma 4 months ago and we have our home back ! Thank you so much for everything Extra Space and Carly u really made a difficult time a little easier.”

“I've visited this location in the middle of October, but this location did not have a truck available. However; the gentlemen informed me that he can locate the nearest truck available. He also reserved the truck for me. Him locating a truck was very helpful and minimized my time spent on locating a truck. I was very appreciative of the gentlemen great customer service. I returned to this location to use the month free storage that the gentlemen informed me of before I left to pick up the truck. I used the free rental in November. The gentlemen explained the terms of the storage rental and every time I visited the store the employees always greeted me and made sure I felt comfortable. I would recommend this location to everyone, due to the knowledge of their product but mostly due to their great customer service. Thank you guys for making my stressful transition so much easier! ”
