“Moved in November of 2018. We are super happy living here and being a part of this community. By far the nicest mobile home park around. Nothing like some of the ones we saw in Elgin or Desplains. All or most homes have a nice sized yard, deck, shed, and driveway. Rent and utilities are a very reasonable price too. The only negative thing I have to say is not of the park itself but of The Village of Bartlett; who hasn’t done a good job of cleaning the snow on Bartlett Rd.”

“I took my kids ages 4, 6, and 8 to look at a pop up camper for our family. Our family has never owned one before and we have been concerned about making the right choices. I know I asked a lot of questions (sometimes more than once) and the salesman, Rich Dettloff was very patient. He helped me see how easy it was to set up and take down, and eased my concerns by verifying that I was in fact overthinking everything like I tend to do. He interacted well with my kids and was very patient with all of the interruptions they caused. We put down our deposit and will be collecting our new camper very soon!”

“I don't know if I can write a real review. I'm just a humble youngster visiting family and great to have been able to. It's a clean area with a golf course with an age requirement to live here. So, if you're retired and looking to avoid rifraft then this is probably a pretty good alternative outside of Chicago.”

“Good place to call home. My kids go to gurnee schools and they love it. Management are on top of getting things cleaned up/ fixed but I thinks that helps keep the community looking clean and helps remind us to take care of the exterior part of our home. They also host events for the kids which is so nice of them and there is a teen center too. Overall its great. The rent is decent, I think it's worth it especially when you live in a good school district and your right next to the tollway and in between two big cities (Gurnee/Waukegan). The police are also very nice and they make sure people drive safe and follow simple rules of the road...keeps our streets and kids safe.”

“Subdivision opening 2018 with a 55+ age requirement. Well built prefab double wide homes. Friendly neighbors have already created an active community. Neighbors have socials, card parties, and bible study small groups. A fitness center is right in the subdivision within walkable distance to many houses. The landscaping has parks, flowers, ponds, and fountains. Beautiful area to walk if you don't mind there are no paved sidewalks. Groceries and restaurants are not within walking distance, but there is a super Target a short drive away.”
