“I am renting a unit with Groves Storage. The folks who own and operate this facility are prompt with answers when called. They are professional and courteous. I was particularly impressed by the security measures, the cleanliness and organized layout of the storage facility. I was at the unit this morning around 0525. I was a bit concerned about sufficient lighting as I wanted to drop off more things to my storage unit. To say the area was well lit would be an understatement. I had no issue at all seeing inside my unit. I could see my unit from route 3. lol I am at peace knowing my things will be protected.”

One Personnel in particular makes me feel that my things are safe and secure. This PS Rep is Cheryl. She makes me feel comfort in knowing that ppl are trust worthy. Cheryl through her kindness and great customer service puts this Public Storage on the map. To Cheryl’s higher management, she has taken the most difficult experience of moving to making it feel like it’s not bad at all. “My family has stored RV’s at Three Rivers generationally! LOL My parents had two successive buses stored here and me and my husband have stored our Airstream here and even stored (temporarily) a semi tractor. The staff has always been wonderful and helpful in every way possible. There is propane onsite, a dump station and inside and outside storage. We just met Sally this past week who is the new office person and love her already! Vicki and Kelly became friends over the years - they worked there and have now moved on to other jobs - the point being there is a family kind of feeling among the folks at Three Rivers. My Dad recommend them to me and I’m passing that recommendation on to everyone who reads this. Great place. Great people.”
