I hadn't heard of Calico, but was told about this place when I was searching for a quality fabric to use for reupholstering my dining room chairs. It wasn't in proximity to my home, as a matter of fact, it was quite a drive, but was well worth it! Their selection was more than I anticipated and I finally decided on two fabrics. Before leaving the store, I was confident with one of the two and made the purchase. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that it was on sale also! Never having covered any furniture prior, I purchased more than enough and headed home. After my project was completed, I was proud of myself and thrilled with the outcome. The fabric was absolutely stunning! I highly recommend Calico in Wilmette!”
