From our first meeting with Dick, we knew Designers Point would be the company we would use. He was relaxed, engaging and truly interested in our project. He met with us several times and carefully listened to our needs and desires for our kitchen, bath and laundry remodel. Our designer, Jessica is a doll, but so gifted in decor and logical layout for a functional, useful and utterly beautiful space. Ed and Mariola made sure the job was done precisely correct from beginning to end. They were there every step of the way and Ed was available whenever we had a question or concern. Finally and probably most importantly, our job was quoted accurately to the penny from the start. No surprises. They were so honest and transparent. And the predicted timeline was almost to the day. Maybe we got lucky or maybe this company is just really good! I contend the latter.”

“This store is just basically amazing. The service is great. The staff here are really a big help. They are kind, friendly, and helpful, and they help as much as they can. They are also knowledgeable, and you can ask them about anything inside the store. I went to the store to look for new rugs. The store is also well-organized by department, and as I walked to the rug section, I couldn't help but notice how clean everything was. The whole place is clean, even when there is a lot of stuff, and everything is organized on their shelves. As expected, they have a wonderful selection and it is really hard to choose because everything looks great and everything has good quality too. The prices are also fair and reasonable. I chose only one, and I am definitely happy with it. I also took the chance to buy other things that I needed. Overall, I had a good experience at this place, and I am very happy with everything I bought. This place is definitely one of the best.”

“My son and I came in on several occasions to purchase a bike good for the city and for trails. We bought the FX-1 in his preferred color-black! Outfitted with special tires, bike lock, tire locks, new helmet, water bottle holder, and pump, he is now ready to jaunt around Chicago. The staff--many who helped us both in the front with sales and the back with service--were all incredibly knowledgeable, patient with my son who is new to biking, and helpful with suggestions on how best to prevent theft in the downtown environment. I bought a Trek 20 years ago for a sprint distance triathalon and remembered the quality of the bikes. Inspired by his lightweight and smooth gears on my son's new FX-1, I pulled out my classic Trek and it's scheduled for a tune up and new tires as well. It still rides great after all these years. Could not recommend the product or this store and it's staff any higher. Thank you! (We may be back soon to upgrade! lol)”
