“This is the first time that I've used Van Dam. The catalytic converter had been stolen from my Hyundai Tucson. Jim took the car in immediately. I asked him to check the brakes and do an oil change in addition to replacing the catalytic converter. He called to tell me that the front brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced but the rear were almost like new. I was surprised when he told me when I could pick the car up. It was less than 24 hours since I dropped it off. I also consider the pricing to be reasonable. I am very happy with the work that they did. I addition to all that, Jim is very personable. “Great place to grab a drink with a wide selection of brews. They are always bringing new beers in, so you shouldn’t have a problem finding something to your taste. The bartenders are always friendly and they have a nice outside seating area with a fire pit. The room can get pretty loud when it’s busy on a weekend night, but it’s pretty chill during the week. They have what look to be some tasty food options. I’ve only ever gone there for drinks but the food always smells really good.”

“I really love living at Marian Heights. The staff is friendly, as are almost all of the neighbors. The rooms are larger than other units in the area. It is pet-friendly. You can get dinner during the week on-site. One-bedroom units each have a walk-in closet. There is a library, beauty shop, two laundry rooms, exercise room and chapel. Heat/AC, sewer, water and trash are included in the rent, which is based on annual income. I cannot think of another rent-controlled apartment complex where I would rather live.”
