Both were friendly and concerned about my well-being. Dr Jessica walked me through each step. Her tone was always pleasant and comforting. 5 stars. Both are very professional. I’ve had great dentist in the past but she is tops thus far. Thank you for a pleasant experience. The receptionist was pleasant as well. First impressions are a lasting one. “I called to see if they had mtn dew voodew she politely told me that did not have it, then told me a store closer to me that did have it. The funny thing about that is the store that she told me i had already called, and they told me they didnt have it. So i went there anyway after that, and they did have it. So to summarize your staff knows more about other stores than the actual workers do. Thanks guys”

Just from experience when I went with my dad to buy his truck I was somewhat expecting the service to rush you and pressure you too buy a vehicle, whereas here it was the complete opposite. Didn’t make me feel like I was talking to your “typical cars salesman” it was so awesome & comfortable. My bank wouldn’t let me take out my full loan and he let me take out as much as the bank would allow and then come back the next day with the rest which I couldn’t of appreciated more. While I came back to pay the rest I ran into a mechanic, Shane who took the time out of his day to take an extra look at my car and make sure everything was okay and in order. I couldn’t explain how appreciated I was & I tried paying him for his time but wouldn’t accept and said he was already getting paid. Such an amazing experience I’ve definitely found my car & mechanic men for life!”

The staff and the assistant, Amanda, were extremely kind and professional. Also I want to give a big thanks to Dr. Beckman. She was also very kind and reassuring. She took the time to answer every question I had and went over a plan for the future. “The staff (front desk, maintenance, and household) was very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable and roomy. When asking for more blankets they were more than accommodating. It was a very homey type feel. The front desk concierge made us feel welcomed and even gave us a great tip on where to get some good deep dish Chicago pizza. It was a 10 minute drive to the Naval Academy and not far from Six Flags. Walmart is right around the corner and there were many places close by to grab something to eat. I would definitely come back and stay again.”
