I felt like she really listened to what I liked and didn’t like and easily communicated back to me what her plan was based on that. I was unsure about the flat hourly pricing at first because my hair is pretty thick and can take awhile, but honestly it came out to about the same cost of what I use to spend at my old salon when you add in the tip. The facility is in a very spacious area where the safety protocols are easy to follow and ARE adhered to. Regardless of the purpose of your visit, the applicable state associate will move you along expeditiously resulting in your spending a minimal amount of time in the building. I do recommend getting there at least 30 minutes before opening as lines for entry become long rather quickly.”
