“So today was my quarterly treatment and a tech named Chad came out. I had not met him yet as he did not do the initial treatment (unfortunately)! This man was a complete rock star!!! I happen to be on the phone when he arrived but when I looked out the window he was already at it. He started by taking care of any spider webs around the entire house. At this point was my first contact with him and he was such a genuinely nice person ( he even offered to move two 50lb boxes off my front porch because of my shoulder) he actually used a high pressure application instead of a back pack! He will definitely be my technician until he retires! I also want to mention any time I have talked to the girls in the office, they have ALWAYS been extremely nice, so I can’t leave them out! My experience with Bi State started with a termite inspection for a refi on my house, the man who did that (forgot his name) was second to none!! If your not using Bi State, you are definitely making a mistake! And don’t even get me started on the price, I don’t know how they do it! Thank you all for your EXCELLENT customer service!!!!”

“My husband brought in my van for undercoating and wax. Little did we know we would get it back looking like new!! Not only did they take care of the exterior, they cleaned the interior! I had no idea, and I feel horrible I left so much junk in my car. BUT they put all my belongings in the back, they even cleaned my cup holders and my glove box!! “I had issues with OTHER U-Haul places while visiting the Dallas area to pickup furniture! The OTHER locations were a joke! Long story short, this was my 3rd stop at a different U-Haul location in one day. This location saves the day! The owner of this location, Delion (sorry, my spelling might be wrong) was incredibly nice and helpful and provided great customer service!
