“Overall, the shopping experience was pleasant and informative. The salesperson was knowledgeable and wasn't intrusive while we were looking at all the various models of patio furniture available. It was a little harder to understand how the models could be configured, the salesperson knew the information but I think that they knew it so well they thought we did also.
