“I have been a patient of Dr. Whalen since 2001. In the beginning I saw him several times per week which eventually was reduced to once a month. Before his chiropractic care, I suffered from chronic low back pain and neck discomfort which would occasionally lead to very painful muscle spasms and immobility. At that time I was under the assumption that headaches where to be expected in life, loss of range of motion in the neck and spine was just part of life especially if you have a history of sport injuries. After the very first adjustment I was amazed with the improvement in my range of motion in my neck and relief of my discomfort. After a few weeks of regular care, I was thrilled by the overall improvement of ease and vitality in my body.
