“Stayed here for a nearby hockey tournament in Carmel. Staff was very accommodating for a team of young hockey players and their families. Enjoyed the fitness center which has most equipment you'd want to see, except for maybe a pull up bar. At least it is designed to be a proper fitness center and not just an older converted closet. Would stay again.”

“I am a graphic designer in Indianapolis. A client of mine in Carmel had two rounds of an unsuccessful installment from another company concerning a large, custom wall decal that served as “wallpaper” on a feature wall. After this nightmare situation and many dollars later, I finally called PIP for a consultation, trying to garner a new perspective on why the bubbling was happening. I had previously not used PIP for any client jobs, but upon my call to them (after seeing on their website that they also do wall decals), I spoke with Brittany who listened patiently and compassionately to all that had been experienced with the job to that point, and she got Bud, the manager, involved. Bud also displayed patience and furthermore interjected the most helpful and troubleshooting information that I had heard yet. He met me the same day at my client’s store to assess the situation in person, and confirmed his recommendation toward a resolution. Reluctant due to the two previous bad experiences with the other company, my client gave the green light to trust what Bud was saying. I am HAPPY and RELIEVED to report that my client’s wall decal is now installed exactly as we always expected it to be. I was there while Bud installed it, and he was meticulous. Not only that, but he was friendly to even my client’s customers who were coming in and out of the storefront. PIP truly saved the day, and I am beyond pleased with their professionalism from the office to out in the field, as well as their knowledge of products and installation, and their attention to detail.
