The trainers are accommodating, very friendly, and professional. They guide, check forms, and provide an alternative/modification to moves I cannot perform just as yet. They will also make you feel part of their team, which is such a nice feeling. The workouts are challenging and you see yourself pushing a little more to get the most out of it. F45 is a great place to spice up your fitness lifestyle. F45 Westfield Central is my favorite and I always look forward to my next class.”
