“I have a great and fun experience at F45 Westfield Central. I remember my first day, I was so anxious, but that quickly disappeared because the trainers were there nearby to guide me through. The trainers are accommodating, very friendly, and professional. They guide, check forms, and provide an alternative/modification to moves I cannot perform just as yet. They will also make you feel part of their team, which is such a nice feeling. The workouts are challenging and you see yourself pushing a little more to get the most out of it. F45 is a great place to spice up your fitness lifestyle. F45 Westfield Central is my favorite and I always look forward to my next class.”
