He asked if I had been here before and explained the process. There were 2 cars ahead of me and he came back right before my turn to make sure I understood the process. They all appeared to enjoy the job and made me feel very comfortable explaining everything clearly and listening when I had questions. The price was very reasonable and they took my coupon without any trouble. I will definitely be back when I am due again.
