“Ed the local small business owner is what we need more people to be like. I met him today while working "South of Chicago" Pizza. They have always made one of the best deep dish pizzas around. I love knowing that I am spending my money at a place locally owned. On top of that, some of the best overall top quality pizzas, breadsticks and so many other items are served up here. As a small business owner myself, I understand how hard it is to pay rent, taxes, maintenance and then operating costs. Trust me; it's hard and even though there is a misconception that you are rich--your not. I am very appreciative when I see owners working in there own establishments and showing customer appreciation. We know it's the customer that helps us get better. I assure you that if Ed was aware that something wasn't right and you were unhappy, he would do whatever possible to make it right. Some just will never provide the chance before they slam a business with a bad review. “Awesome experience! Jerry took me under his wing for my second ever bass purchase and I am super happy with my purchase. He even talked music theory after he told me the ins and outs of most of the basses. Kevin the owner is an awesome guy with great customer service. “Jay is an amazing barber! He is my sons favorite barber. He’s so good, it’s hard to get into him last minute. So we ended up having to go to the barber shop that we originally met Jay at (Matt’s Barber shop)... Never again, we had appointments, had to wait on the customers before us, but then get told in the middle of a hair cut by both barbers they didn’t have time to give the cuts they scheduled to receive... I the mother told both barbers this is why we normally go to Jays, he always has time to do what he’s being paid to do.... Not to mention he follows state law (regarding Covid-19) that requires everyone to wear mask, along with keeping the doors open to keep fresh air flowing in... Jay is 100% and is this only barber we will ever use, no matter how long we have to wait to get in, it’s worth the wait for sure!”
