“We purchased in August and did not like the mattress after a couple months of sleeping on it (it was too soft and was dipping) I filled out the mattress return form on the website and NANCY called me back and was amazing- she was kind, understanding, patient and extremely knowledgeable. “My tub to shower conversion is exquisite! The customer service we received from inception to end was top tier. Al and Luis did a marvelous job. They were very punctual and professional. Good hearted gentlemen. They finished the job in a timely manner. We encountered a little bit of a discrepancy with the design because our bathroom is old and some measurements were off. However, that was resolved in a very professional, courteous, and efficient manner. Thank you to everyone at NWI baths! You guys are amazing!!”

“Shopping for floors can definitely seem very overwhelming. However, I made a great choice by going into FCA store in Merrillville and got some really great help from Tiana, and I'm sure that I have misspelled her name. She was able to ask a few key questions with regards to what kind of flooring I was looking for which I wanted whole house, I wanted it to be water proof as I was going to be using it in my kitchen and then she made a few recommendations based upon that information. Ultimately, I went with some really nice vinyl flooring that was originally $3.97 a square foot but was on a closeout sale for a 1.97 square foot. Got an appointment for measuring the same day, placed my order and now it's ready for pickup. I really appreciate the great help I received. Highly recommend FCA!!”
