“I have rented from Morgan Properties on two different occasions. The first time, I had absolutely no problems from the company and no problems with the apartment. The second time, there were issues in the apartment that started from the second week after I moved in. I called and they came out within the day to fix the issue. I had more issues and eventually due to the upstairs tenant, had major damage to my apartment. Tammy herself came out and saw the damage and let me out of my lease, no real questions asked, and full deposit returned. I know people are going to say whatever they want, but I always paid my rent on time, (meaning it was due weekly and in the drop box Friday evening at the latest, so I never had to pay late fees). Tammy and the other office staff were always wonderful to me and dealt with all of the issues coming in, as quickly as they could. I couldn't have asked for a better property management company. Remember, don't always take complaints at face value, because behind every complaint is about ten compliments that never get said.”
