I am so happy that I did, as they serviced my two recalls & and engine issue all in under 3 hours. Tom Wood quoted me an entire day to fix just the recalls. That alone will make me a repeat customer. Communication was thorough and consistent throughout my stay. I was frequently updated on the status of my vehicle & was met with kindness from the moment I pulled my vehicle into the bay. Very grateful I was able to take my car here & get things fixed. Definitely recommend Falcone!”

“This is the bike shop I’ve been searching for the last ten years. I love the idea of a store selling only highly functional, “sensible yet adventurous” bikes and accessories. You’re not gonna find carbon and Lycra here, just steel frame Surlys and Rivendells, Wald baskets, Brooks saddles, select clothing from brands like Patagonia and Arc’teryx, and quality bikepacking gear. Chris is a one man operation, and he’s an absolute joy to work with, plus is super fast responding to emails. If you’re shopping for a Surly or similar bike, seriously, this is the place to go.”

“My husband and I had been looking at Atlas's for about 2 months. Falcone was the last VW dealership we visited and the experience at Falcone was exactly the opposite of all the rest. They were no-pressure, allowed us to test drive the car without a sales person in the back seat babysitting us, and no hassle with our trade in.
