I was told to take time off for medical reasons which manager told me to do then had me terminated from company for job abandement . I have seen people say they weren't the friendliest, but I was greeted immediately and they were very nice without being obsequious. Most importantly, KJ knew her stuff and recognized the quality of my piece immediately, offering me 25% more than I had ever been offered anywhere else, even during the gold boom a few years ago. Everything felt very honest and above board. She took the time to carefully explain the loan terms to me, made sure I knew the interest cost, payment, due dates, and what to do if I needed more time. Pawning stuff isn't fun and you usually do it when you are in a stressful situation, but dealing with honest, competent people makes it easier. They will always get my business from now on.”
