“I rarely do reviews but my experience with John Mitchell Two Guys and a Truck was so exceptional I had to write this. I had them move a 350 lb massage chair. They were able to do the move within 1 day after I called them. Several movers I called were 2 to .4 weeks out. The price they quoted was in line with other movers. Even though the job turned out to be a lot harder and take a lot longer than anticipated they held to the original quote. The movers were friendly and professional. The most remarkable thing was their concern about completing the move successfully when they could have given up. The chair was too big to get through the door. One of the movers got on the internet to see if the chair could be safely disassembled. The others began to work on the doorway by taking off the door. They eventually took off the door molding and were able to get the chair into the room. There was absolutely no damage to the chair and when they replaced the molding you could not tell it had been removed. This company seems to truly want to please their customers with a quality move.”

They worked hard and steady for nine hours, ending the day moving our last items into a third floor apartment.
