“Can't say enough positive things about Frank and the staff at IROC. I was in the midst of a difficult recovery from rotator cuff surgery in May of '18 when my neighbor recommended them. He was right. Frank, Ben, Brittney, Jeremy and Shawn took turns guiding me through a regimen of exercises and stretches and then massaged and applied pressure to problem areas. They listened to me and made adjustments, but eventually allowed me to work independently, which I appreciated. They were always there to help if I needed, but they would allow me to work out alone much of the time. If they saw me "cheating" or doing things improperly, they would step in. The proof is in the pudding of course, and the other day I actually threw a ball with no pain whatsoever. I can't wait to swing a golf club and I was afraid that day might never come. If not 100%, my shoulder is darned close. Thanks guys! You really helped me! Highest ratings!”

But, if I have a garment that needs a repair (button, sewing a stitch or rip, zipper, etc.), I will go to Custom Cleaners on 86th Street just West of Ditch Road. They do alterations, repairs, wedding gowns, suede, & leather. They even do mens and womens shoe repairs. They usually will be flexible on pick-up days if I need it sooner.”
