“Stayed at Fair Oaks Hotel (unexpected due to road conditions) second night it was open, loved it. Friendly staff, awesome beds and rooms were very welcoming for my family. Rate reasonable with a very good breakfast included. Would like to have seen actual fair oak farm products, like milk or yorgurt on the breakfast bar for guest, or maybe a free evening ice cream (the ice cream is amazing from the shop next door) treat at bed time:) I guess I see it as tying all the entities together so people want to enjoy it more!! As a dairy farm girl myself I think it’s good to offer your product to your guest. Something to be proud of!”

“Absolutely amazing. Stopped here for dinner to meet some family and was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is well kept and the staff was very friendly. Prices were a little high but you get your money's worth. I ordered the brisket chili and I could have made two meals out of it. We also tried the bacon sampler which I would also recommend. Excellent all around.”

“Absolutely love fair oaks farms as a rest stop. Every time I drive between Illinois & Indiana I stop here. Gas prices are a little expensive here but most BPs are. They have a FREE dog park and very nice bathrooms at their gas station. Highly recommend stoping here on road trips.”
