“Window World replaced my 3 single pane picture windows which were 67 years old. My new windows are wonderful. Built to withstand all weather conditions in our area. The installation crew is First Class! Not only did they conquer the problems of my old house, they fit and installed the new windows with perfection. Everything is level and plumb. My new slider windows open and close easily as they should... no binding or sticking... a sign of being properly installed. The trim and flashing work is top notch. The crew left my property in better condition than it was when they arrived. They are not only excellent craftsmen ... they are a good, honest hardworking crew. I thank them wholeheartedly. The icing on the cake is everything is fairly priced and managed. Highest recommendation! I am glad I chose Window World. “I called here on Friday afternoon looking for some help with my brakes. I spoke to Jim who said they would be able to do it the following day and just bring it up. They also offered a ride home if you didn't have a way. I thought that was a nice touch. When I spoke to him the other day he gave me an estimate on the work (a very reasonable price) and after dropping it off and him looking at it the rate was just as he expected and I added an oil change. My tires were low I had been planning on going to the gas station after but they were filling my tires as I pulled up. This is a family run business I met both the father and son, both friendly and kind. I live in Chicago, but I'll definitely be back for anything else I should need! Thank you!”
