“I can’t say enough about Heritage Pointe! My parents initially moved in to one of the houses around a pond and they loved it. As the years passed, my mother moved into memory care, and my father died. My mother is so loved and so well taken care of at Heritage Pointe, that I cannot believe it! I have never experienced a nursing facility as wonderful as this one. The staff at every level are compassionate and interactive with the residents. They have fun activities from morning until evening, so that the residents are not bored or lonely. I visit frequently, and I actually look forward to every visit because I enjoy the staff so much! By the way, the food is phenomenal, and is prepared in a scratch kitchen, which is unheard of in this type of setting. Also if a resident doesn’t want what is on the menu, there is a huge alternative menu to choose from. Entering the main building, you feel like you are going into a resort rather than a nursing facility. It really is quite phenomenal-to say I love Heritage Pointe is an understatement!”
